How we work with agencies
This page describes how an engagement runs on our side. It exists so you know what you are committing to before the first call, not after the first quote.
White label, no ambiguity
You keep the client relationship. We never appear in front of your client.
Not in a meeting, not in an email signature, not in a commit, not in a footer credit. The work ships under your name and belongs to you.
We do not approach your clients, during the engagement or after. That is in the contract, not only on this page.
One week, two deliverables, one report
Every week you receive two working deliverables and a written report.
The report is written to be forwarded as-is to your own client. No internal jargon, no mention of us, nothing you have to rewrite before sending it.
That is deliberate. A subcontractor who hands you code and leaves you to write the report is handing you unbillable work. We take it on: it is the part of the engagement your clients actually see.
The lead times we commit to
- Same-day acknowledgement for any request received before 3 pm Paris time.
- Detailed quote within three working days.
We publish no others. A delivery date depends on scope: it is set in the quote, not on a website page.
The time difference works in your favour
Antsirabe runs one to two hours ahead of Paris depending on the season. Our working days overlap almost entirely: a question asked in the morning is answered that morning, not the next day.
A French-speaking team, with no intermediary. You write your tickets in French and they are read in French.
The capacity we publish
Fifteen days a month, reviewed each quarter.
We publish it because a subcontractor who accepts everything is a subcontractor who delivers late. If your need exceeds that capacity we tell you at the quote stage, not in the third month.
Confidentiality, including yours
We publish no business data about you or your client without written authorisation. A confidentiality agreement is signed before any access to code or data.
This site applies that rule to itself. The figures we display are our own — performance, architecture, test coverage — never someone else's revenue. An agency that puts its clients on display would put you on display too.
Are we the right partner
Where we are useful
- Evolving an application already in production, with no service interruption.
- Reinforcing an existing team on a defined scope.
- Laravel and Vue 3, with Inertia or Nuxt. NestJS when the API is in TypeScript. We take on your stack rather than impose ours.
What we ask of you
- A technical counterpart on your side. We do not replace your technical lead.
- A written scope, however short. We draft it with you if needed.
- Access to the repository and to a staging environment.
