Madagascar trains engineers, and French is a working language there, not a foreign one. The talent pool is deep and it is stable: we do not recruit in a permanently strained market where a counter-offer is enough to cost you the developer who knew your codebase.
Team continuity
The team assigned to your project does not change halfway through. That is not a moral commitment, it is a consequence: we recruit from a deep pool and never have to replace anyone in a hurry. The developer who wrote your migration is the one who fixes it six months later.
French as the working language
Not a line on a CV: the language the work is done in. Your tickets, your code reviews and your reports are written and read in French, with no translation and no intermediary. An ambiguous specification is resolved by a message, not by a meeting.

Technical level
We read your code before proposing anything. This site is our first demonstration: server-rendered, no entry animations, first byte served in under a hundred milliseconds.
Saying no
We would rather decline an engagement than deliver it badly. That is why our monthly capacity is published rather than negotiated after the fact.
One to two hours apart
Antsirabe runs ahead of Paris depending on the season. Our working days overlap almost entirely: a question asked in the morning is answered that morning.
What we will never say
Not your name, not your client's, not a figure from your business without your written consent. We sell that discretion: we cannot be the first to break it.
What you get
Your stack, not ours
Laravel and Vue 3, with Inertia or Nuxt. NestJS when the API is in TypeScript. We take on your conventions instead of imposing ours.
A quote, not a range
You describe the need, we ask our technical questions, you receive a detailed quote within three working days. No published rate card: a rate without a scope means nothing.
A report you can forward
Every week, two deliverables and a report written to be passed on as-is to your client. That is unbillable work we take off your hands.
White label
We never appear in front of your client. The work ships under your name and belongs to you.
